What’s the notice period?

Employees with less than two years of service have a notice period of 4 weeks. After two years it increases to 3 months, to the end of a calendar month.

DocShark is designed around GDPR rather than retrofitted to it: documents are stored in the EU, access is restricted per project, and you can delete a document and its index at any time. A Data Processing Agreement will be part of our Terms and will apply to every account, including Free, and our sub-processor list will be published before launch.
