It will state when you can get your money back, how much, how to ask, and how long a refund takes to reach you.
Why it is not published yet
The terms depend on arrangements with our payment provider that are not final, and a refund policy is not something to publish provisionally.
When it will be published
Before DocShark opens to paying customers. Nothing is in effect until then.
