What this document will cover

It will describe what personal data DocShark processes, on what legal basis, how long it is kept, which sub-processors are involved and where they are located, and how you exercise your rights under the GDPR.

Why it is not published yet

We are moving document storage and AI processing to EU-based providers before launch. A privacy policy has to name its sub-processors, so publishing one now would either name providers we are in the middle of replacing or make commitments we cannot yet keep.

When it will be published

Before DocShark opens to paying customers. Nothing is in effect until then.
