What this document will cover

It will set out the agreement between you and DocShark: what the service does, what an account may and may not be used for, availability and support, fees and billing, liability, and how either side ends the agreement.

Why it is not published yet

The terms are being prepared with legal review, and parts of them depend on decisions that are not final — billing arrangements and the data-processing terms that will form part of this agreement.

When it will be published

Before DocShark opens to paying customers. Nothing is in effect until then.
